Have it your way is a new item for us here at Mt. Roaster Coffee. With the latest addition to our roaster collection we are able to roast as little as 12oz of coffee at a time.  Want to try one of our single origin coffee's at a different roast level? Here's where you can do just that, Select your favorite origin, then select your preferred roast level.  Within a couple of days, a 12oz  micro roast coffee will be headed to your cup. This little tool is used to sample perspective coffee's before we purchased them. It is where we developed our signature roast profiles that you have come to love for our bigger roasters.  If a roast level is unavailable in an origin you have chosen, don't worry it's available as a signature roast.  Go to the origin's page on the website and order that roast level there.

I love alllll of there coffees in light roasts, this kenyan is another light roasts smooth in taste, excellent taste!!!!

I love mountain roasters coffee

i love all the light roasts i have ordered, (non flavored), very fresh and light and smooth, right now im with the kenya (have it your way site), and love all the light roasts coffee, DELICIOUS!! NOW my next orders will be the Medium roasts, i hope the owners of this coffee company will change around the coffees and create NEW batches (non flavored) ground coffees, thank you Mountain roasters for creating fresh smooth tasting coffees, i am from hawaii and in all honesty ALLLLLLL of them hawaii coffees all are horrible in bitterness, and stale tasting, all tastes like old beans and all like a starbucks which i cant stand!!!!
